Return Policy

RETURN POLICY


You can return your items within a 16 days return window, but it is critical for you to notify us within 24 hours after you receive your order, otherwise your items are not eligible for return.

Please note below rules and regulations for return:

  • Cancellation notification must reach us within 24 hours from receipt of order (notification through email or chat).
  • Items must have no signs of wear and must be in pristine condition, with tags still attached.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging (box and pouch included).
  • Returns must be received within 16 days (counted from receipt of your order).
  • Special Orders or discounted items are final and can not be returned.
  • Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • We are not responsible to refund duties or taxes.
  • For return of Gift Orders, we offer a store credit within a 60 days window.
  • Please ensure you comply with the return rules and regulations.

Should the return not meet the condition above, Eyes On Me reserves the right to deny return and reship the item to the customer.

 

STEP TO RETURN

1. Visit your Eyes On Me account, or create one, if you don’t have one yet.
2. Notify us:
    • Why do you want to return the item?
    • Your order number and your full name and email address for us to track your order.
    • Your address, where the jewelry will be shipped from. Please check our return address for shipping, which will depend where you stay, email us if you are not sure which address to use.

    3. Please refer to our addresses below to return your order.

    4. Please contact us, if you are not sure which return address to use.

    5. Upon receipt, Eyes On Me will check your order and start process of crediting to your account. It will take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
